Dear DermTipp Clinic Visitor!

To register for an appointment with a doctor or a procedure you must read and accept the terms and conditions of the clinic.

REGISTRATION

  • It is advisable to register through the online booking system on the clinic's website.
  • You can also call us on +372 5865 0505 or write to info@dtnk.eu.
  • If you were not immediately answered, please be patient and wait at least until the end of the current working day. We will contact you as soon as possible.
  • Before making an appointment with a doctor or for a procedure, please read the price list of services on the clinic's website.
  • When registering online, please provide all the required information and ensure its validity. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the patient an appointment or service. When registering online, please indicate the actual patient data, not the registrant.
  • Telephone consultations are carried out exclusively by prior agreement with the doctor and after prepayment.
  • If you have any questions regarding treatments or procedures, please contact us by email. We will respond to you depending on the urgency of the problem, but no later than within 3 working days.
  • If you wish to cancel the appointment or procedure, we urge you to do so no later than 24 hours in advance, in exceptional cases, 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, we reserve the right to invoice you for failure to notify the cancellation of your visit. If you want to change or cancel the time of the appointment or procedure, please let us know by e-mail of the clinic.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • We draw your attention to the fact that all services related to treatment and diagnostics are billable. Each doctor's appointment is paid before the appointment and has a regulated price.
  • Payment by cash, card, and bank transfer is possible. The patient has the right to receive an invoice for each paid service both on paper and by e-mail.
  • When paying with a bank card, a receipt of the card terminal is added to the invoice, at the request of the visitor.
  • The clinic reserves the right to adjust prices depending on the situation and undertakes to inform its patients and partners of the clinic no later than a month before the price change for the services.
  • For patients with private insurance, please contact their insurance company before registering for an appointment or procedure.
  • Renewal of digital prescriptions for drugs is a billable service and is carried out within one working day after payment for the ordered service. A letter confirming the readiness of the prescription for the declared drug will be sent to your email address. To do this, fill in all the required fields in the order form on the clinic's website. The invoice will be issued on the basis of the data you provided and sent to the specified email address.

VISITING

  • Please arrive at the location 5 minutes before the planned appointment or procedure. The patient must have an identity document.
  • We communicate with patients in Estonian, Russian and Finnish. Persons who do not speak the aforementioned languages ​​are kindly requested to come to the clinic with an interpreter in order to ensure the best possible communication.
  • Since the number of visitors at the clinic at the same time is limited, we ask only a registered patient to come to the appointment or procedure. Only one accompanying person can come with a child.
  • Please wear a mask or vizier during your visit to our clinic. In exceptional cases, their non-use must be agreed with the responsible clinic staff. If necessary, the clinic staff will provide you, as well as the accompanying person, with a disposable mask.
  • Don't forget to disinfect your hands!
