Dear DermTipp Clinic Visitor!

To register for an appointment with a doctor or a procedure you must read and accept the terms and conditions of the clinic.

REGISTRATION

We recommend booking an appointment through the online booking system on our website.
You can also contact us by phone at +372 5865 0505 or by sending an email to info@dtnk.eu.

If you do not receive an immediate response, please be patient and wait until the end of the working day – we will contact you as soon as possible.

Before booking an appointment or procedure, please review the price list on our website.

When registering online, please enter all required information and verify its accuracy. If the information is incorrect, the clinic reserves the right to refuse the appointment.

Phone consultations are only available by prior agreement with a doctor and after prepayment of the invoice.

For questions related to treatment or procedures, please contact us by email. We will respond based on the urgency of the request, but no later than within 3 working days.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please inform us by email.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or 12 hours in exceptional cases. Otherwise, we reserve the right to issue an invoice for the missed appointment.


PAID SERVICES AND PAYMENT

Please note that all services provided at the clinic are paid services.

We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers.
After payment, the patient will receive a receipt and, upon request, an invoice in paper form or via email.

For card payments, the invoice will include the payment terminal receipt.

The clinic reserves the right to adjust prices and will notify patients at least one month in advance.

If you have private health insurance, please contact your insurance company in advance to confirm coverage.

Prescription renewal is a paid service.
Prescriptions will be issued within one working day after payment, and confirmation will be sent by email.
To order a prescription, please fill out the online form and provide all the required information.


APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

  • Arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • Bring a valid identification document.
  • We communicate with patients in Estonian, Russian, and Finnish.
    If you require an interpreter, please bring one with you.
  • Only registered patients are allowed in the clinic.
    A child may be accompanied by one guardian.
  • Face masks or visors must be worn while inside the clinic.
    Exceptions can be arranged with the responsible staff.
    If needed, we will provide a disposable mask.
  • Disinfect your hands when entering and leaving the clinic.
